Accommodation requests We strive for the 2026 Virginia Docent Exchange to be an inclusive, accessible event that enables all individuals to engage fully. Free parking lots within a short walking distance of Exchange events are available for all attendees, and handicap accessible parking is also available. All sessions and events taking place in the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg, Phi Beta Kappa Hall and the Muscarelle Museum of Art at William & Mary are fully accessible.
